Privacy Policy

This privacy policy describes how Stomačko d.o.o. processes data when you use the OnkoVodič – Rak Dojke Srbija website. We do not collect personal data through forms, registrations or accounts. We use analytics cookies (Google Analytics) to understand traffic and improve content, and marketing cookies (Meta Pixel) solely to measure how many visitors arrive from our ads on Facebook and Instagram.

The legal basis for processing data through analytics and marketing cookies is your consent in accordance with the Serbian Data Protection Act. Data collected through Google Analytics is retained in accordance with the configured retention period (up to 14 months), after which it is deleted or anonymized. Cookies set by Meta Pixel (_fbp and _fbc) last 90 days, and data received by Meta is retained in accordance with its privacy policy.

• Technical information about website usage (IP address, device type, browser, page visits).
• General geolocation (region/country), without precise address.
• Aggregated interaction statistics (e.g., time spent on pages).
• Interactions with site content (search queries, navigation wizard usage, institution and dictionary browsing).

Our team sees these data only in aggregated reports and cannot identify an individual visitor. Google and Meta process technical identifiers (IP address and cookie identifiers) in accordance with their privacy policies; Google Analytics uses the IP address only to derive an approximate location and does not store it.

We use cookies and similar technologies. Google Analytics shows us which pages are visited, how users interact with site features (search, navigation wizard, dictionary) and from which regions visits come. We use Meta Pixel solely for measurement: to see how many visitors reached the site from our ads on Facebook and Instagram and which pages they then visited. We do not use it to build ad audiences or to retarget visitors. These technologies place small files (cookies) in the browser for measurement and site improvement. Meta Pixel is activated only after you click Accept in the cookie notice.

Data are processed by Google (Google Analytics) and Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (Meta Pixel) in accordance with their privacy policies. In doing so, data are transferred to and processed on servers outside Serbia, in the European Union and the United States, with the safeguards these providers apply (standard contractual clauses). Our team uses aggregated reports to improve the site and measure campaigns. We do not share your data with other third parties, nor do we sell data.

• You can withdraw your cookie consent at any time using the Change cookie preferences button below or in the site footer. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.
• The ability to refuse or delete cookies in browser settings. Some browsers also offer a Do Not Track option; on this site, your choice in the cookie notice is what applies.
• The right to be informed about how data are processed on this website, as well as the right to access, rectify and delete your data. As we keep no accounts or visitor databases, you exercise these rights by deleting cookies in your browser or by sending a request to the contact address in this policy.
• If you believe your data is being processed in violation of regulations, you have the right to file a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection.

The privacy policy may be changed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia and relevant EU standards (GDPR). All changes will be published on this page with the updated effective date.
